What Happens to your money? 

 

• All money from members goes into a solicitor’s Trust Acct. 

 

• Members select two of their number to oversee the release of funds. 

 

• When invoices come from contractors, the two members and I review and approve the invoices. 

 

• Then payments are made direct from the Trust Account to the contractors. 

 

• The lawyers will make payment ONLY if the two members and I have all signed an approval form..
